Returns policy

Conditions for Returns/Refunds:
  • Email notification sent to info@minimals.co.za within 7 days of receipt of package
  • The seal is in tact and the goods are undamaged, unused, in its original packaging and have been stored in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Kindly note: Each Minimals package is sealed for your safety and hygiene. Due to the nature of the contents, we cannot provide a refund on the contents if the seal is damaged/open in any way.
1) Incorrect Items
If you received the incorrect colour/items, please:
  • Send us an email to info@minimals.co.za within 7 days of receipt of package.
  • Ensure that the item is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging as per the above conditions and we will arrange for the Courier to collect 

2) Damaged Goods

If you received a damaged or defective product, you can request a refund by: 
  • Sending us an email info@minimals.co.za including a photograph of the outer box and damaged goods within 7 days of receipt. 
  • Ensure that the item is unused and in its original packaging as per the above conditions and we will arrange for the Courier to collect

 3) Unwanted Goods 

You can request a refund for an unwanted product by: 

  • Sending us an email to info@minimals.co.za within 7 days of receipt.
  • Ensuring the item is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging as per the conditions above.

The delivery and return cost of unwanted goods will be deducted from the total refund amount:

  • R120 (R60 for a standard economy delivery (1 x delivery & 1 x collection)

The Return Process 

Once we receive your email and provided its within the 7-day return/exchange timeframe, we will notify you and arrange for our couriers to collect the goods from you. 

In the event you would prefer to courier the goods yourself, you should consider using a trackable courier service. You can send the parcel to MINIMALS, Ions Den, 56 Plumbago Way, Simbithi Eco Estate, Ballito, 4420

Please package everything very carefully in order to ensure that it does not become damaged in transit. Please include the returns request number and a copy of your original invoice with your return. 

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment.

All credits will only be processed once we are in possession of the products in question. 

The refund normally takes 4-7 days as per our payment provider.
