Shipping Policy

Enjoy the convenience of having your order delivered directly to your door by one of our courier partners. 

Deliveries are free to main city centres (MCC’s) throughout South Africa for orders over R790 (limited to 20 bags per order*). For orders under R790, a standard, non-refundable delivery fee of R79 will be charged (for 20 bags or less*).  

Your parcel will be delivered to the address you specified in the checkout process. Kindly provide the correct delivery address.

Delivery takes place during office hours. Unfortunately, the exact date or time for the delivery cannot be specified. There are no deliveries after hours, over weekends or on public holidays. Please take this into consideration when selecting your delivery address. 

Delivery Timeframes 
Delivery timeframes for standard delivery depends on your delivery address:

*Delivery times for Major City Centres (MCCs): Economy: 2 - 3 w/days; Overnight: Next-day

*Delivery times for "regional" (outlying) areas: MCCs 3 - 4 w/days; Overnight*: 2-3 days

Overnight regional" can take 2-3 business days to regional areas, meaning outside of major city centres, as per the Courier Guy.

Please note that during high volume periods like seasonal sales MINIMALS reserve the right to extend their delivery timeframes. We will however ensure you are presented with the extended delivery times before committing to the order.
