Shipping Policy

Enjoy the convenience of having your order delivered directly to your door by one of our courier partners. 

Deliveries are free to main city centres (MCC’s) throughout South Africa for orders over R750 (limited to 9 bags per order*). For orders under R750, a standard, non-refundable delivery fee of R60 will be charged (for 9 bags or less*).  

Your parcel will be delivered to the address you specified in the checkout process. Delivery takes place during office hours. Unfortunately, the exact date or time for the delivery cannot be specified. There are no deliveries after hours, over weekends or on public holidays. Please take this into consideration when selecting your delivery address.

Delivery times for MCC’s:

2 - 4 working days

Delivery times for outlying areas:

3 - 7 working days

Please note that during high volume periods like seasonal sales MINIMALS reserve the right to extend their delivery timeframes. We will however ensure you are presented with the extended delivery times before committing to the order.
